“Summer often brings a variety of biting insects, high temperatures and humidity, jellyfish and stingrays and the possibility of hurricanes and flooding. In winter, we may experience a couple of weeks of night-time freezing temperatures. Winter is good sailing and kite-flying weather. Please do not fly kites around power lines. <50 yards to the bathhouse. The playground is 1.5 miles from all campsites 1-119. Please do not tie or hang anything on vegetation- Clothespoles are provided.This is an accessible site designed for visitors with mobility disabilities. If you do not require an accessible site, please reserve an alternate site if available.”
