Fires are allowed only in the fire rings provided, and they must be completely extinguished anytime you leave the campsite. Help protect the forest! Prevent the spread of tree-killing pests by using firewood from this region (Moab/Monticello area). Wood-gathering may be allowed in Manti-La Sal National Forest. Check with the Forest Service to inquire about permits. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Generators may be operated only 8 am–10 am and 4 pm–8 pm. Check out time is 10 am. There are no hook-ups or dump stations in The Needles district. Dispose of dishwater in a vault toilet, or strain out food scraps and pour dishwater into the camper sinks outside of the restrooms in the main campground. Hammocks, clotheslines, slack lines, and all other forms of tension lines are prohibited on trees and other vegatation. Pets must be leashed at all times, kept off the vegetation and biological soil crust, and may not be left unattended. Maximum stay is seven sequential nights/fourteen nights a year.”
