In a mature and varied forest setting, this site is near Mount St. Helens and Forest Road 99. There is a paved road to camp with a small shelter and toilet. Forest Road 99 ends at Windy Ridge, which provide sweeping views of Mount St. Helens and into the crater. Here visitors will find access to sweeping vistas, remote forest lakes, and high mountain elevations. In the winter this area becomes Wakepish Sno-Park. Fees: Group Campground. $100/night. Reservation only available via Recreation.Gov.
