“On the Cross-Admiralty Canoe Route: 3 1/2 miles to Mole Harbor; 1 1/2 miles to Hasselborg Lake through Beaver Lake. Lake Alexander is approximately 1 3/4 miles long, 1/2 mile wide. Within Kootznoowoo Wilderness; natural scenery with spruce, hemlock and cedar forest, deer and brown bear. Skiff with oars is provided; users may bring small outboard of less than 10 horsepower for skiff.”
