The Hurricane Lake South Campground is located within the Hurricane Lake Recreation Area, in the Blackwater River State Forest (Okaloosa County), about 1-hour northeast of Pensacola, FL. This campground is located on the south side of Hurricane Lake (318-acres) and has the following facilities: primitive campsites, nearby water faucets (potable), dump station, restrooms, and boat ramp.
